Hi guys! This is my first attempt in making a car dealership. Decided to make Franklin his own :D This is not an MLO. I'm still learning. Just having trouble with running 3DS Max on my laptop.

REQUIREMENTS:

INSTALLATION:

1.) Just drag and drop "luxury_dealership" folder at: D:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

After that please add this line to your dlclist.xml located at: D:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

dlcpacks:\luxury_dealership\

2.) Drag and drop the contents of the scenario folder at: x64a.rpf\levels\gta5\scenario\

You're all set :)

There's an optional file included. IF you have menyoo, just drag and drop "DEALERSHIP PEDS.XML" from the optional folder to: D:\Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner

I'm gonna update this mod once I learn how to edit scenarios so that other vehicles don't spawn in the area.

Installation:
PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY !
If you don't have mods folder, just create it and put the original common.rpf locate in GTA5 main folder in your mods folder

Download and install:
ScriptHook,
ScriptHook V.NET
and OpenIV
and MENYOO
and Map Builder 4.0 (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder) for some walls and grounds.

HOW TO INSTAL:

A] ADDON [ymap file]
Installation for instal (OPEN IV needed for this)

copy and paste folder "custom maps"
to: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks

Finally add "dlcpacks: custom maps " in dlclist.xml using OpenIV
to: mods update.rpf common data

Or,
when you already have your custom maps folder then go to:
mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>custom maps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>citye>maps>custom maps.rpf
and add the file :

michael design garage1.2.ymap

[Addon] (don t rename the file. OpenIV will do the rest)

of my archive to GTAV menyooStuff Spooner.
Now launch in GTA5, press F8 to open Menyoo, select "ObjectSpooner", "SavedFiles",
and load:

(You will be teleported in the garden ) :)
